adorely is operated by BesidesGuide LLC, and this is the agent on file for it. Notices sent to dmca@adorely.fashion reach the same agent, but the address above is the one registered with the Copyright Office.

This address is for infringement notices. Anything else — a question, a complaint about how your brand is described, a request to change your product information — goes to brands@adorely.fashion or hello@adorely.fashion and will be handled faster there.

What happens when we get a notice

For a formal DMCA notice from a rights holder: we take the content down first, within 24 hours, and evaluate afterwards. We would rather remove something that turns out to be fine than leave something up that is not. Removal is not an admission that the claim is correct.

We then tell whoever is affected, restore the content if the claim does not hold up, and keep a record. Repeat infringers lose access.

What a notice needs

Please include, in writing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
  2. What work you say was infringed.
  3. The URL of the page on adorely where it appears, specific enough for us to find it.
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of what was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in California if you are outside the United States). We may restore the content in 10 to 14 business days unless we are told a court action has been filed.

If you are a brand

If we are using product images from your website to generate outfits, and you would rather we did not, you do not need to file a DMCA notice. Every unclaimed brand page has a removal link at the bottom, and writing to brands@adorely.fashion works too. We will remove your products and everything made with them, and we will stop collecting from you.

If you think a person in a photograph looks like you

No photograph on adorely is of a real person — every person shown is a synthetic performer, generated by us (see our AI Content Disclosure). We do not generate people from a specific individual's likeness, and we do not use anyone's name.

If you nevertheless believe an image resembles you, write to dmca@adorely.fashion with a link to the specific post and a photograph of yourself so we can compare. We do not remove content on the basis of a resemblance claim alone — a claim with no evidence is not something we can act on. We will look within 48 hours and tell you what we decided. If it is a real resemblance, we take it down and retire that performer.

Trademarks

We write brand names and product names to say what a piece is. That is nominative use. We display a brand's logo only when that brand has given us permission. If you believe we have used your mark in a way that implies a relationship we do not have, write to dmca@adorely.fashion and we will fix or remove it.

Repeat infringers

We keep a record of notices we act on. Accounts and brands with repeated valid claims against them are removed and blocked from future collection.
